I am an artist residing in Venice, CA.
Documentary filmmaking found me. I learned about the craft at Harvard from amazing artists like Ross McElwee and Robb Moss. After college, I bounced all around: Seoul, Southeast Asia, Nashville, San Francisco, Ohio. I have a wanderlust for travel and interesting job opportunities.
I've enjoyed Nigerian dancing over the past 7 years, and after all these years I still can't shake my butt like a black woman. Tragic.
I was born and raised in the beautiful midwest and miss it terribly. Punk rock saved my life. Watching Kathleen Hanna rock Bikini Kill changes a teenage grrrl. You realize the world is yours!
I love making art by myself and with friends. Collaborations inspire me to be a better artist because I always learn something new.
